Taught by Jordan Horniak, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, the series will cover how to safely exercise using the proper form and technique for both free weights and weight machines as well as conditioning, flexibility, and gym etiquette. The 1-hour class will meet for 6 Wednesdays at Fitness Crossroad in the Saint Anthony Village Shopping Center.
