Description

A Silent Night for Peef in the Mainstage Theater - Recommended for all ages

Peef the Christmas Bear was created from scraps of material provided by Santa’s elves. After a wonderful beginning to his life at the North Pole, Santa asked Peef to become a special gift to a lonely child. Peef, of course, said yes. Now Santa visits Peef to see how things are going for his creation. What he finds is not what he expects: a torn, dirty toy who has lost his voice. What is Santa to do now?

Please follow each step carefully to ensure your registration:

1. Immediately after you register, you will be sent an email confirmation and payment instructions from "admin [at] homeschoolrecess [dot] com." Make sure your email filters recognize this address as a legitimate sender.
   If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder. Contact the organizer if you are unable to find it.
2. Send your payment promptly, preferably the same day that you register.
3. When the organizer records receipt of your payment, you will be emailed a payment receipt from "admin [at] homeschoolrecess [dot] com." If the payment deadline is approaching, and you've sent your payment but haven't received a receipt, please contact the organizer.
4. If the organizer doesn't receive payment by the deadline, your name may be removed from the registration list.

If your circumstances change and you find that are unable to attend, please let the organizer know as soon as possible via email.

No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. If you must cancel for any reason after the cancellation deadline, you will be responsible for finding someone to take your family's reserved places and for letting the organizer know about the substitution. Reimbursements will be handled privately between you and your substitute.

Please arrive by:

Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early in order to have plenty of time to find parking, check in with the organizer, visit the bathrooms and otherwise be prepared for our program to start on time. Please plan to be early to avoid being late due to inadequate maps, confusing road signs, road construction, heavy traffic, parking difficulties, inclement weather or uncooperative children. 

We are seated as a group so it is important to arrive on-time.

Where to meet:

Please gather across from the Information Desk unless directed elsewhere by the staff. Please check in with the organizer when you arrive. 

Parking information:

Free parking in the ramp on the southwest corner of the intersection of Main Street and 11th Avenue South.

Directions:

Located in Hopkins at the Hopkins Center for the Arts.  Stages Theater is at the northwest corner of the intersection of Main Street and 11th Avenue South, kitty-corner from the parking ramp.

Take 169 to Excelsior Blvd West
At the light at 11th Avenue South - turn right or North onto 11th Avenue South
At the stop sign, stay straight to continue on 11th Avenue South.
Continue on to parking ramp on corner of 11th Avenue South and Main Street
